That narrowness is the point. It lets us run every file ourselves, know both programs to the statute, and be paid by the people we advise rather than by the funds we recommend.
- Why we exist
Most of our clients are not leaving. They are adding an option.
Most families who come to us are not leaving one life behind. They may have businesses in one country, children studying in another and parents somewhere else. They want a legally secure European option that fits the life they already have.
We do not sell fear or a political narrative. A European residence permit can simply be an additional legal base: useful for education, healthcare, retirement planning or a future move, and valuable precisely because it is arranged before it becomes urgent.
That framing is why we are strict about the honest version of both programs. A hedge that is oversold is not a hedge.

Paid by you
No commission, placement fee, rebate or retrocession from any fund manager, developer, bank or company. Our recommendation cannot be bought.
The same people throughout
The adviser on your first call is on your renewal in year six. No handover to a partner firm, no account management layer.
The uncomfortable version first
Presence requirements, capital at risk, home-country reporting and program closures. Where a rule applies only to a particular citizenship or tax residence, we address it directly. If we are wrong about something, we publish the correction.
Depth over breadth
Two programs advised properly beats thirty listed. Greece and Malta will appear here when we can run those files ourselves.
- The firm
Small, and deliberately so
We are an advisory business, not a platform. Local counsel and tax advisers are engaged directly on your file and you meet them.
Offices
Lisbon and Milan. International coordination, including home-country tax and legal work, is handled with specialists engaged directly on the file; the Lisbon and Milan teams carry the filings and local-counsel relationships.
Clients
Families with citizenship, residence and assets across more than one jurisdiction. Typically two generations on one file, often three.
Capacity
We cap active files rather than headcount. When we are full we say so and give you a date, which is occasionally why an enquiry gets an honest “not until spring”.
Regulation
We provide advisory and coordination services. Legal advice is given by admitted counsel in Portugal and Italy, with home-country and cross-border specialists engaged where the file requires them. Every professional is identified in the engagement letter.
What we do not do
Renunciation advice, Caribbean citizenship, property brokerage, fund placement, or any service where our fee would depend on the choice you make.
